For most of my life I felt like I was different, as a teen and young adult I did my best to fit into the would, never allowing my true self to shine. Walking along my Spiritual journey over the last 15 years, I've realized I'm not the only one feeling this way. There are so many of us feeling misunderstood, out of place, alone. That's why I chose the Mermaid as the symbol for the Sanctuary.
Mermaids are empaths, gentle souls with an ancient wisdom. At one time, these magnificent creatures hid their gifts until they trusted them to be revealed. Today, Mermaids are part of the sisterhood, they encourage reflection, wisdom, and a willingness to share and learn from one another.
My vision for Sanctuary by the Sea is to have an approachable, holistic wellness space where all who enter are free to authentically embrace their healing and wellness journey.
The Sanctuary focuses on the
mind, body, and spirit connection and
bringing more balance and harmony to
each aspect and the whole.
